Seated Wide Forward Fold ~ How To Do It Right

A 'how to' video on the Open Hip Forward Fold. In this tutorial I'm using two standard trouser belts around each of the feet to encourage the range of movement to come from the hip and lower back. Working the flexibility in the pose by keeping the spine straight and not rounding the shoulders.
